What/Why:

  • To introduce new sound to the students: we will bring in many different instruments around the world, they will hear the first time instruments that they have never seen/heard before.
  • To encourage the students to listen to music in a new way: we will explain and guide them to understand that they do not just believe that they have to use their ears to listen to music but every parts of their body to enjoy the music.
  • To encourage the creativity of the students: we (the musicians) will give the students some instruments so they can compose their own music with us. This is one of the highlight of the workshop and it always is loved by any group of age.
